Howard Wipers Ltd terms and conditions for your access to and use of the “Website” is subject exclusively to these terms and conditions. By using the website you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not accept these terms and conditions you must immediately stop using this website. These terms and conditions apply to the goods and services offered from the company, to you and by ordering, you agree to be bound by them. No part of these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights as a customer.

All images and illustrations used on this site are for illustrative purposes only to show the product and service described as accurately as possible.

Age of Consent

When placing an order you are declaring that you are the appropriate legal age. If it is found that you are not legally entitled to order our service, we reserve the right to terminate all account facilities immediately, without notice, and we will not be obliged to complete the order.

Customer Responsibility

At the time of order please notify Howard Wipers Ltd of any special delivery instructions. On delivery of your Wiper order, please inspect all packs within 7 days of delivery

Product disclaimer

If you have ordered the incorrect product, it will be at your expense to return these goods again within 7 working days .They will need to be in a resalable condition in the same packaging otherwise you will be charged for these items. Replacement goods will be sent free of charge but carriage for the re delivery will be charged at cost or you may wish to arrange your own transportation company to collect. If the goods are damaged or defective in any way these will be replaced free of charge. No claims will be accepted after 7 days of receipt of goods. This does not affect your statutory rights. Every effort is made during the manufacturing process to remove pins, buttons and other attachments

Delivery

The delivery of Wipers will be undertaken by our own drivers or a contracted registered delivery company. The timescale given for delivery of Wipers will be dependent on current stock availability.

As a user of this site you agree to indemnify both these parties against any claims, losses, expenses or liabilities which may be incurred as a result of your misuse or unlawful use of this website or the server on which they are located including without limitation, arising from any spamming activity, defamatory statements, use of the pornography or the infringement of intellectual property or other third party rights carried out by you for which you are responsible.

Severance

Each provision of these Terms & Conditions of Use shall be construed separately and independently of each other and the validity of any part shall not affect the validity of any other part.

Warranties

You warrant that you will use this Website only in accordance with these Terms & Conditions of Use and only for lawful purposes and in a lawful manner; and all information which you provide to us is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects and that you will notify us immediately of any changes to such information.
